Cracking start to the week, Dan N had no sleep first night due to 6 catches. 12 fish first day (Sat), 18 on Sunday. Monday started to slow down as weather got warmer – 12 fish. Tuesday hotter only 3 fish. Wednesday everyone went to saint Pardoux during the day – still caught 7 fish. Thursday weather cooler – 6 fish and Friday 7 fish. Between them the men lost 30 fish which if they’d banked would have beat the record. Dan N, Danny & Tom fished nights, Ian fished till about 10 every night. Great weather, great lake, very good week, & very nice setting for Kirsty & Danny to get engaged. Gary is the top bloke everyone says.
