Week Commencing: 18th July 2025 @ The Cabin Lake
Lake Lodge holidays – what a week we’ve had here. It was everything we’d hoped for & more!
It was our first time fishing in France 🇫🇷 with our teenage boys and when looking for a place to stay for the week we chose Lodge Lakes and Gary & Kerry were so helpful both prior to booking and during our holiday stay.
Our boys had been fishing in the UK many times before but weren’t experts so we needed someone on hand to help advise them and offer hints & tips as my husband and I don’t currently fish 🎣 Gary did just that. He was patient, engaging and professional with the boys and he provided them advice and guidance when needed.
They’ve learned so much and both caught many over fish over the week, many PB goals were reached and both boys were very pleased.
The accommodation and surroundings were incredible, there was acres to enjoy, three lakes to fish in 🎣 and a cabin were we all stayed for the duration of our visit.
The amenities and village close by had everything we needed and we spent some of our days visiting local towns and villages, including a trip to Limoges.
The cabin had all cooking facilities, pool table, dart board, pool area and much more.
We spent so much family time together, back to nature 🌳 with the added bonus of our teenagers being able to have the freedom to roam in the grounds and fish whenever they like.
What a great week in the great outdoors! Thanks for having us, we’ll be back 🎣
